Been looking for information on jockey riding styles, surface preference, mudder, route or sprint and other known traits. Just wondering if anyone knows of a site that specializes in jockey info. Thanks

I think it's all about getting a solid jockey. I don't worry too much about how far, and what track style they like. If he can win at 5F on a muddy track, I think they do just as well at 1 1/2 miles on a fast track, more about what your horse is bred to race on, and class. One of my faces IRL is Manny Franco, and he wins anything if he has the horse.

The only comprehensive jockey and/or trainer database, for free, I've come across is at Twinspires.
Every race card has the jockey listed. If you click on him/her, it'll pop up an in-depth overview of stats.
Such as: turf/dirt starts with win/ITM %.
Offtrack results, sprint/route, Early/Mid/Closer, Post position and odds stats.
Stks./Alw/Clm stats. horse age, mare/filly and more.

Lots of data.
They are supplied by Brisnet, but I don't know if you can tap into their full database by subscription or what.
