(T) restricted stakes races...

   ..goes to show you what I know...

Seems like these have been cardable for years now.. it just so happens they don't happen really often. 

Long and short, they should NOT be rewarded the same stakes points as open stakes, and I will be changing their stakes point amount to equal an allowance race.  Any (T) restricted stakes race that is currently on the card will stay, but I will refund the credits used to buy any of them.  

Once state restricted stakes races become a reality, I will greatly consider removing the (T) restriction going forward.
